We were approached the NABS communications team to get an idea of how best to present the ‘New Employee Information’ distributed to new agency employees via their member network.
After reviewing the brief, the content and a number of alternative options, we proposed a folded Z-Card. These fold down to a convenient pocket-size but are big enough to include the required service information and brand messaging.
NABS also asked us to help manage the print for their annual golf day. Their branded requirements included tee box markers, pin-flags, teardrop banners, foamex panels and French-folded programmes that needed to be sourced from different specialist printers. Having one trusted point of contact simplified the supply chain and saved them time, and kept the order within budget.
We arranged distribution of the publications via post and organised bulk delivery to numerous exhibitions worldwide, managed from the point of despatch to arrive at venues well ahead of the event start.
Working closely with their in-house editorial and design teams, operations included budget reporting, advertisement copy chasing, collating final print ready PDFs, managing paper, print and distribution suppliers. We also had access to, and raised purchase orders through, Workday.
